Spring Cleaning Checklist1. Your Dishwasher It's time to
"My husband and I recently purchased a mountain vacation cabin in the Chester, CA area and chose Joe based on recommendations from some of the locals. He has lived in this area for many years and is very knowledgeable about the Chester environs and the local real estate market. We submitted our offer and Joe handled the negotiations quickly and would get back to us in a timely manner on any issues that came up in the counter offer process. He is EXTREMELY proactive in getting the best deal for his client and always listened to what we were saying and had our best interests at heart. Joe followed up on getting our deal closed on time and when we had delays at the title company, he went to the mat for us and helped us close the papers on time. The other great thing about Joe is that he has many references for his clients should they need remodeling/construction needs and the references we got were spot on. We would use Joe again for any other real estate transactions in this area! "
